With over 8 years as a Product Designer, I specialise in Product design and user research. My expertise lies in understanding users, unraveling what their most important needs are and crafting intuitive and impactful digital experiences for them.

My journey spans prominent roles at Orange, AVIV Group, Luxemburg National Railway, and Michelin. At Orange, I improved the B2B mobile management tool for 600,000 clients spanning from small companies to CAC40 groups such as Airbus or LVMH. At AVIV Group, I developed a White Label listing creation funnel across multiple countries to replace multiple legacy tools.

I believe in user-centered design, leveraging iterative prototyping to refine and perfect solutions. I am proficient in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, I ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the design process, and also in the interaction with all stakeholders and support team such as UX Writing and Design System.

What sets me apart are my distinctive skills in user research that I learned to apply since the very beginning of my career and my proactive approach to design challenges. My work has significantly improved user experiences and business metrics, such as enhancing usability for Orange B2B service which won a contentsquare's Digital Experience Award 2024 and contributing to the Aviv Design System this past year.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, watches, architecture, design, and running. For the future I aim to tackle new design challenges and mentor emerging talents in the field of product design.
